How do I use the Human Body Activities?

This resource provides an activity for children to become more aware of their bodies and the physical skills they possess. Through self-assessment, they will be able to identify their strengths and areas they need to improve. This activity meets the KS1 Physical Education aspect of the National Curriculum of England.
