Five Senses

Exploring My Sense Of Hearing Through Music

In this activity your child will use their sense of hearing to experiment with different sounds using glasses of water. The different amounts of water will create different sounds for your child to explore.

Throughout our 7 Five Senses topics your child will play and discover their senses! Make a feely box, guess what’s inside the shakers and throw balls into a bowl whilst blind folded. This topic contains 7 activities with accompanying activity sheets. In addition, it covers the following key aspects of the National Curriculum in England: Design & Technology, Music and Science.
