The subject of History is considered a foundation subject. This means that parents and teachers are given four years to cover it as they see fit. The core subjects: Maths, Science and to a lesser extent English, are given individual guidance for each year. Below you will find all of our topics covering History within our Year 5 activities.
All of our year groups cover the complete curriculum with the exception of Maths, English, Computing and Language. Currently, Maths and English are being developed through new activities as well as integrated into existing ones. Aspects of P.E, such as swimming are also not covered.
For optimal user experience please view these tables on a large screen.
Our Year 5 activities are expected to launch mid 2024. The table below will then populate.
