A bit more about the author of Bedtime Math
Laura Overdeck is the founder and president of the Bedtime Math Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to making math a fun and integral part of children's bedtime routines. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in astrophysics from Princeton University and an MBA in public policy from the Wharton School of Business.
Overdeck is also a successful author, known for her series of children's books, including "Bedtime Math," which aims to engage kids with enjoyable math problems. Her books have been well-received, with some recognized as Amazon Best Books of the Month. In addition to her writing, she creates daily math challenges for the Bedtime Math website and collaborates with various national partnerships to enhance children's access to engaging math content.
Before founding Bedtime Math in 2012, Overdeck worked at the Stanford Research Institute, where she helped develop mathematical models for high-tech clients.
